Roger C. Holstein Named Managing Director of Vestar Capital Partners
NEW YORK - (BUSINESS WIRE), January 23, 2007 - Vestar Capital Partners, a leading international private equity firm, announced today that Roger C. Holstein has joined the firm as a Managing Director, having served as a senior advisor to the firm over the past six months. Mr. Holstein brings more than 30 years of management experience to Vestar and was formerly the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of WebMD Corporation, one of America's leading sources of health information for consumers and healthcare professionals.
In his new capacity, Mr. Holstein will focus on investments in the Healthcare, Media / Communications and Consumer sectors.
